Focaccia Mix

Usage : for Italian focaccia
Product Details
Advantages:
It's a unique original focaccia bread mix, which has a special taste and special open soft texture, to absorb different Italian sauces when used as dipping bread.

Recipe:
2000 gm Focaccia Mix - 15 gm dry yeast - 150 gm olive oil - 1200 gm water (6°C).

Method:
• Mix all ingredients except yeast for 3 min. on low speed and 9 min. on high speed in spiral.
• At speed 2 add the yeast 2-3 min. before ending the kneading.
• Divide the dough in pieces of about 1.4 Kg.
• Leave resting for 20 min. then roll them out on well oiled 40x60 pan.
• Prepare a solution (100 gm water + 4 gm salt + 100 gm olive oil).
• Distribute the solution on the dough and press it with finger tips to obtain small holes.
• At pleasure (garnish with sliced tomatoes, olive, onion or herbs).
• Bake for 25-30 min. at 230°C.

Packing:
Multilayer paper bags 10 Kg or 25 Kg.

Storage condition:
Keep in cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight (below 20°C).

Validity:
Valid for 1 year from production date under the right storage conditions.
