Glaze Gel

Usage: glazing jelly paste (natural)
Product Details
Advantages:
• Excellent taste, high transparency, and gives shiny surface even when put over night in refrigerator without cracking.
• Protects fresh fruits decorating the pastry.
• Could be supplied in various flavors, either artificial food approved, or natural fruit concentrate (more than 22 fruit concentrate)next to chocolate, white, caramel, and toffee.
• Can be frozen and re-used by heating just before boiling, to avoid yellowing.

Recipe:
Used as it is.

Method:
Heat till boiling. Can be brushed or sprayed. Color and flavor can be added once in liquid form.

Packing:
Plastic bucket 4 Kg or 10 Kg.

Storage Condition:
Keep in cool and dry place away from direct sun light (below 20° C).

Validity:
Valid for 1 year from production date under the right storage conditions.
