It was developed in order to avoid adverse effects on facilities by the changes in network voltage by automatically regulating the changes. Transformers with under load adjusted voltage are designed as 5, 7, 10, 14, 19, 27 stages by taking into consideration the needs of users.
System is controlled via microprocessor-based automatic voltage regulator without need for any operator intervention. Precision of the output voltage can be adjusted by the operator with remote energy. When necessary tap changing process can be done manually with ease and can be controlled and monitored from far.
Under load tap changer transformers are manufactured with expansion tanks open to atmosphere or with hermetic type tanks and used as built-in types.
